Intelligent Operations Center

An integrated interface for a virtual assistant (ENC.iQ), data visualizer, and control center dashboard featuring real-time visual monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and more.

Built with:

  • Static React-Redux on the front-end

  • Both Node and Python on the back-end

  • ExpressJS serves REST APIs (especially to dispatch Redux actions from numerous inputs)

  • Flask-Socket.io connects chatbot to client

  • NoSQL using Cloud Firestore and Realtime Database.

Multi-Lingual Virtual Assistant

Designed and built the voice interface for the Intelligent Operations Center: a chatbot that allows hands-free interactivity with industrial IoT systems.

We call him ENC.iQ:

  • “Encik” is the Malay word for “uncle”

  • The acronym stands for “Enabling Natural Communication” (the iQ implies the AI behind the scenes)

  • Automatically detects, understands, and responds to users in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Thai, with more languages such as Mandarin on the way
